DUOLINK SOLUTIONS — a brand of MAPME Technology Solutions Joint Stock Company (tax code 0111078107, head office: No. 2 Xuan Dinh Street, Xuan Dinh Ward, Hanoi, Vietnam) ("we") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what information we collect when you use duolink.vn, how we use it, and your rights over it, in line with Vietnam's Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection.

1. Information we collect

  • Information you provide via the contact form: name, phone number, email, the service you are interested in and your message.
  • Technical information: IP address and browser information at the time you submit the form, to prevent spam and abuse.
  • Display preference: your light/dark theme choice is stored in your own browser (localStorage) and is never sent to our server.

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party behavioural tracking.

2. How we use it

  • To get back to you, provide consultation and send quotes you request.
  • To support you and communicate during any engagement.
  • To keep the website secure and prevent fraud and spam.

We only process your data with your consent, given by ticking the consent box when you submit the contact form.

3. Sharing

We never sell or rent your personal data. It is accessed only by authorised DUOLINK SOLUTIONS staff and the technical service providers needed to run the website:

  • Our website hosting and database provider.
  • An internal messaging service (Telegram) used to notify our staff of new enquiries.
  • Our company mailbox (Gmail – Google), which receives a copy of your enquiry so we can keep a record and reply to you.
  • Google Maps, embedded in the Contact section; when the map loads, Google may collect data under its own privacy policy.
  • YouTube videos on solution pages: only loaded when you press play; YouTube (Google) may then collect data under its own privacy policy.

We disclose information to competent authorities only where required by law.

4. Retention

Contact information is kept for up to 24 months after our last interaction, or longer where required to perform a contract or meet legal obligations. After that it is deleted or anonymised.

5. Security

The website uses HTTPS encryption, restricted access to the admin area, regular backups and appropriate technical measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.
